All windows offer sea views. The apartment is equipped with furniture and appliances. The apartment is not hot, despite the top floor. Good roof construction. In the summer it does not allow the apartment to heat up, and in the winter it keeps heat well. All rooms are air conditioned.
The condition of the apartment is very good.
