The Sunny View South complex is a small residential complex located in the southern part of the Sunny Beach resort. It is conveniently located within 700 meters from the popular beaches of Cacao Beach and Bedrum. Also within walking distance from the complex are shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and transport. The town of Nessebar with its year-round infrastructure is located next to the complex, making it a convenient place to live.
The modern six-storey building of the Sunny View South complex includes 108 apartments and a small adjacent territory. On this territory there is a swimming pool with a recreation area, a children's playground, a sports ground, as well as a reception for the convenience of residents. The complex was built and put into operation in 2006, and currently has Act No. 16.
