The Yalta Village complex is a closed residential complex, connecting the international resorts of Sunny Beach and St. Vlas. The distance to the seashore and the beach is only 500 meters, along a new landscaped road and sidewalk. The complex was built in 2006, and in 2011 a refreshing renovation of the rooms, courtyard and main building was carried out. There is a corresponding Act 16.
