Currently, there are THREE two-room and nine three-room apartments for sale.
Additionally, you can purchase a parking space. The cost is from 10,000 euros.
It is also possible to purchase a warehouse. Their price is from 8,000 to 11,500 euros. 
The developer offers payment by installments.  The payment scheme is as follows:
40% upon conclusion of a preliminary agreement
40% upon receipt of Act 14
20% upon receipt of Act 16.
