Since the buildings already have Act 14 issued, preliminary contracts are signed according to the following standard payment plan:
70% – within 7 days of signing the preliminary contract;
20% – within 7 days of notification of receipt of Act 15 for the building;
10% – upon final transfer of ownership/receipt of Act 16.
A customized payment plan can be created by separate agreement!
The complex has no maintenance fee!
Agency commission – 3% of the buyer's fee!
