-deposit of 2000 euros - First installment: 20% of the cost, within 30 days from the date of payment of the booking cost and signing the contract. - 2nd installment: 10% of the cost, until 31.12.2025. - 3rd installment: 10% of the cost, until 30.06.2026. - 4th installment: 10% of the cost, until 31.12.2026. - 5th installment: 30% of the cost, up to 30 days after the publication of Law 15. -6th installment: 20% of the cost, within 30 days after the publication of Law 16.
Completion date of construction - 2017.
