Preliminary contracts are currently being signed according to the following standard payment plan:
40% – within 7 days of signing the preliminary contract;
30% – within 7 days of notification of receipt of Act 14 for the building;
20% – within 7 days of notification of receipt of Act 15 for the building;
10% – upon final transfer of ownership/receipt of Act 16.
A customized payment plan can be developed by separate agreement!
Agency commission – 3% of the buyer's fee!
