The Excelsior complex consists of one building with several sections, located on a well-kept area with a garden and a swimming pool. The complex has 40 apartments of various layouts and sizes, including studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments.
The complex infrastructure includes a well-kept garden with lots of greenery, a lobby and concierge services, an outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, a restaurant, a lobby bar, shops, a laundry, dry cleaning, parking and many other amenities.
