Marina Holiday Club is a new first-class 4* residential complex, located in the resort town of Pomorie, which is famous for its picturesque beaches, healing mud, salt lakes and refreshing air.
The complex is located just 200 meters from the seashore and close to the center of the mud resort. In the vicinity of the Marina Holiday Club there is a beautiful forest area, and there is also a water park not far from the complex. Within walking distance there is a variety of infrastructure: city hall, post office, bank branches, shops, supermarkets, bus station, market, city hospital and sanatorium. The local spa complex is the largest mud therapy center in the Balkans, attracting tourists all year round. The popular resort of Sunny Beach is 19 km away, and the historical town of Nessebar is 15 km away.
The spacious green area with landscape design includes a SPA center, two restaurants, two cocktail bars, an outdoor swimming pool, a conference room, mini golf and a children's playground. The SPA center offers guests mud treatments combined with various SPA treatments, massages and other wellness treatments. The complex provides 24-hour security and provides parking spaces in the underground garage.
The complex was built in 2008. Commissioned. Act 16 received. The maintenance fee is 10 euros/sq.m. per year.
