The Relax complex is located 250 m from the Black Sea coast in the elite northern part of the Sunny Beach resort, at the foot of the easternmost part of the Balkan Mountains, 38 km from Burgas airport, 32 km from the city itself and 8 km from Nessebar, just 200 m from the center of St. Vlas, next to the bus stop and about 100 m from the marina. The windows offer a beautiful panorama of Nessebar, the Sunny Beach resort and the endless sea.
Relax consists of four sections A, B, C and D, with separate entrances and elevators. Luxury construction (concrete and brick), with thermal and waterproofing, floors made of natural stone and wood. Balcony railings are wooden. The complex was built on a plot of 4700 sq.m.
The complex has been put into operation. Act 16. The annual maintenance fee is 7 euros/sq.m.
At the disposal of the apartment owners and their guests are: an outdoor swimming pool, a children's pool, a barbecue, a game center, a restaurant, a gym, a children's playground.
