Sweet Home 1 is a seven-story building that consists of 94 apartments (studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms). The high quality of construction and finishing works allows year-round living.

Infrastructure: reception desk, lobby bar, hydraulic lifts, fitness center, spa center, massage, steam bath, jacuzzi, swimming pool, children's pool and waterfall. The complex is guarded.

Support fee per year:

studios - 500 euros / year; 1 bedroom apartments 600 euros, 2 bedroom apartments 800 euros.
