Victoria Residences is a large-scale luxury residential project, which is located in a picturesque area between Sarafovo and Pomorie. Victoria Residence consists of 6 gated complexes: Victoria Hill, Victoria Hill East, Victoria Garden, Victoria Royal Garden, Victoria Lakes and Victoria Lakes North is the newest of them. All the complex are built in a certain architectural style, but are easily distinguishable.
The complexes have a convenient location. The beach is about 1 km. 5 minutes by car from Sarafovo and 10 minutes from the town of Pomorie. The complexes are an ideal place for year-round living and recreation.
In total, there are 105 finished houses on the project area of 50 000 sq.m. Fenced protected areas created a park landscape, lighting, a swimming pool with recreation areas, sports grounds and facilities, gazebos, benches, alleys and children's playgrounds. All houses have adjacent land plots with parking spaces.
The complexes were built and put into operation in 2013, 2014. There is Act No. 16.
The maintenance fee is 6 EUR/sq.m per year.
