The developer offers payment installments. Installment terms:
- €2,000 deposit - Down payment: 20% of the purchase price, due within 30 days of payment of the reservation fee and signing the contract. - Second installment: 10% of the purchase price, due by December 31, 2025. - 3rd installment: 10% of the purchase price, by June 30, 2026. -4th installment: 10% of the purchase price, by December 31, 2026. -5th installment: 30% of the purchase price, within 30 days of Act 15. -6th installment: 20% of the purchase price, within 30 days of Act 16. Construction is scheduled for completion in 2027. Apartments will be delivered finished, with all necessary appliances and furniture.
