Hello everyone! In this video I want to share my experience of buying property in Bulgaria. This summer, my family and I decided to buy an apartment by the sea, namely in Bulgaria.
On the Internet, we found a local real estate office "Bulgaria House". There we were assigned a manager, Leah Nikolaeva. We didn’t know anything about the country itself, the rules and laws, so we just had an incredible number of questions and it all came out during the pandemic. It was not a small problem, I will tell you so. But to our happiness, Leah turned out to be a very competent realtor, she offered a choice of several apartments in different complexes and with different prices. So we had plenty to choose from. Moreover, she introduced us to the developer of the complex and, together with the developer, organized a video broadcast of the apartment and the adjacent territory of the complex via Skype. After that, we were able to make a choice in favor of our apartment, which we are very happy about.
Leah accompanied us throughout the transaction. We asked a lot of questions, called up almost every day. Because we were overcome by some doubts, reflections and so on. And I would like to note the goodwill and responsiveness of Leah. Thanks to this person, we believe that we made the right choice. Our family had good impressions!
