Good afternoon! My name is Natalia. I live in Berlin, Germany, with my children and grandchildren. I would like to share a few of my impressions of the company "Bolgaria Dom", through which we bought an apartment in the city of Pomorie, Burgas region.
Five years ago, my husband and I vacationed in Pomorie, and we literally fell in love with this wonderful town. The sun, the sea, magnificent sand, the warm sea - the town turned out to be quiet and calm. After the trip, we decided to discuss with the children the possibility of buying a home, because it is really very nice to come there for a vacation. The children agreed, but due to their busy schedules, since they work, and I am retired, I took care of the whole process.
We did not want to buy a secondary home, but many brokers offered only such options. Then my colleague advised us to contact the company "Bulgaria Dom" and Anatoly. At first we communicated with him in absentia, but he never let us down. He always answered calls, and if he couldn't, he called back. He constantly sent photos and video reports on the progress of the construction of our apartment.
When my daughter and I came to sign the purchase and sale agreement, we finally met Anatoly in person. He immediately made a very good impression on me - a well-mannered, cultured, friendly person. His company not only took us to the notary, but Anatoly continued to accompany us after the transaction.
We needed to buy some things for the apartment, and I asked Anatoly to help. He agreed without any problems and drove me to all the necessary stores in Burgas, since there are not many of them in Pomorie. I was very grateful for his help and attentiveness.
Anatoly is a truly competent, intelligent and well-mannered person. I confidently recommend him and the company "Bulgaria Dom" to anyone interested in buying real estate in Bulgaria.
I would also like to note his integrity. My daughter with three children came on vacation, and it turned out that my son had nowhere to sleep. We wanted to buy an inflatable mattress, but we could not find one in Pomorie. I contacted Anatoly again, and he offered his own mattress so that we would not waste money. In 40 minutes, the mattress was already in my daughter's apartment. This speaks of his kindness and willingness to help.
In addition, I would like to share information that the health insurance of the European Union covers spa treatment. My husband and I underwent this treatment in Pomorie, living in our apartment, and were very pleased.
We are happy that our children were able to buy housing in this beautiful city, and I am very grateful to Anatoly for his help. I wish his company prosperity and more satisfied customers! To everyone who asks me here in Germany, I confidently recommend "Bulgaria Dom" and Anatoly personally.
